Founded in January 2007, in Edmonton Alberta, FiTTBodz Group and Personal Training Ltd has grown from a small, lifestyle, outdoors oriented boot camp into Canada's first fitness company that provides its clients with a full repertoire of group classes for a single low price.

Located at 8303 Argyll Rd Edmonton, our facility comprises 4,200 sq feet with a 2,400 sq ft training floor. The training floor is open space and is equipped with everything you would expect in a functional training facility.

We don't like being called a boot camp and prefer the term 'Group Outdoor Fitness' because these words imply a positive and supportive environment rather than one in which survival and making it the to the end of each session requires some sort of heroism.

Coming in September 2009 we are please to be able to offer group fitness classes run within or near our fitness facility. These will include regular spin classes, yoga, stretch, resistance training for women, Adrenaline* for beginners, parkour, workouts of the day, Adrenaline boot camp...and more.

Ashley has her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) designation from NAIT and is certified by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Her education includes a strong understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and injury management. Ashley has a strong interest in functional fitness - the development of health and physical conditioning which is able to be utilized for real-life purposes such as walking, bending, climbing, lifting, running, jumping, twisting and turning. Paul O'BrienPaul found his way into fitness after suffering an injury while serving in the Canadian Armed Forces. After being injured, Paul spent many days in the gym trying numerous exercises to help correct the injury. He soon became known to others in the battalion as someone with a vast amount of knowledge about fitness and started instructing group fitness classes for the other members.

Paul is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and has been instructing at FiTTBodz for the past 3 years. Read more

As the founder and co-owner of FiTTBodz, Brett has spent the past 6 years training clients in group settings. He is a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) and a Specialist in Sports Nutrition (SPN) with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He is currently studying for certification as an ISSA Exercise Therapist and is obtaining SPIN bike certification. Read more
