We are Edmonton's premier outdoor bootcamp for anyone seeking a non-intimidating and friendly fitness program.  Since 2007 we have established ourselves as a great choice for those looking to improve their fitness, transform their bodies, and meet some great people along the way.

What can you expect?

  • Running.  We do not do excessive amounts of running and we are very successful at working with people who are not runners.  If you are starting out, we will work with you to improve your running ability.  Take a look at our testimonials, from real people, to read how they achieved significant progress by sticking with the program.
  • Body weight exercise.  Pushups, crunches, the dreaded burpie, squats, lunges, stairs, hills, team exercises with team goals.
  • Working out with a supportive and fun group of people.  We never leave anyone behind and the group will ensure that you are supported, encouraged and applauded for taking on this challenge and sticking with it.
  • For those of you who already have good cardio and strength then you can expect to be pushed hard during each activity.

What preparation do you need?

The list below is the basics.  Living in Alberta means a changing, and sometimes rapidly changing, weather situation and we recommend that you bring clothing that can be layered and easily carried with you.

  • Water.  A bottle that will hold up to 32 ounces and that can be strapped to your body rather than held
  • Shoes that are in reasonable condition.  We recommend that you use more than one pair of shoes (wet versus dry weather)
  • Hat with a visor
  • Bug Spray
  • We supply all the equipment that we use on the program.
